Lovely lady, didn’t rush the treatment. Shop itself is a bit dated and could do with a refresh, as could the tools and products. Overall a good experience however.

Very friendly beautician but ignored my natural eyebrow shape and threaded my eyebrows far too thin without mentioning she was planning on reshaping them.
Good value but won’t be coming back.

The lady did not use anything under my eyelash so my top lashes stuck to my bottom lashes and she then pulled them apart.
She put some of the glue into my eye by accident and my contact lense stuck to the inside of my eye. I spent a long time trying to pull my contact lenses out... a very painful and upsetting experience.
This was my first time getting extension, so I didn't know what to expect.
I will never go back here again and they should be reported.
