The shop was closed when I arrived, I had to wait ten minutes in the rain. After that, the shop was cold, not very clean, and the service was not of a good quality. The person who took care of my nails was clearly not fully trained, unsupervised and wearing a school uniform - we were alone in the shop, the whole experience felt odd and uncomfortable. My appointment took a lot longer than I anticipated (informed by the same service from other shops), I had to reorganize my whole day.
