Really disappointed. The salon was dirty, and the technician watched videos on his phone while doing my nails. He used his own finger nails to push back my cuticles and even wiped blood from a cut he caused with his bare hand- then continued working without washing his hands. Completely unhygienic and unprofessional. I won’t be back.
