Fairly central too Birmingham city centre , therapist was friendly however treatment was not done very well and sadly had to redo them else where within few days

Made an appointment for 4pm, but for some reason she took down 4.30pm...but said I could come early (i.e. on time). Really difficult to find - you go to the Custard Factory reception instead of to venue. It was approximately 4.15 by the time she came down to collect me and being me over to the room. It was listed as an hour, but wasn't that long. Room was small but clean. Facial was fine but not sure what she was actually using because she didn't really mention. Found it strange that she didn't remove my eye make up. I left with mascara completely intact, but burning eyes from having cotton pads soaked in something placed on them. She tried to sell me some eye treatment, bit didn't actually use it. Eyes weren't treated at all, essentially.
Music was pan pipes which I hate.
Skin looked good after, but was dying to get home to wipe my mascara off.
All in all OK, but wouldn't bother repeating.

The service was great, attention to detail, friendliness and care were excellent.
Would definitely recommend and will try other treatments myself.

Very knowledgeable and gentle therapist. Every step explained. Lots of advice for suture care given too. Lovely products. Def worth a visit!
