After completing my first ever marathon, I came to Carole for a deep tissue massage. It was perfect - she got into the knots really well without it being too painful. She alternated between an intense massage and a more relaxed one. It was just what I needed! The next day I wasn't as sore so she definitely did the job. I highly recommend Carole!
