The place was clean, very nice to be in and Roanna was very nice and professional. But I can’t recommend for intimate waxing - there was quite a lot of tugging, not as quick as when I usually get waxed, and therefore it was more painful. Also there was much less hair removed than when I usually go for a Brazilian. I didn’t ask for her to remove further, as it had already been quite painful, but for future customers expectations may need to be discussed.
