What can I say..we'll Kal is amazing!!
During Lockdown/Covid Ihave messed about with box dyes, stripped it & haven't had it cut. I went to Kal, with 3 different shades on my hair due to all the processes I had put my hair through & she transformed it with highlights, toner, olaplex & a good cut! If I could add pictures I would! It looks healthy again. She is very knowledgeable & I look forward to the next process with her to get my hair exactly where I want it to be! Thank you Kal!

3 reminders for the haircut agreed on day of patch test. I have had keratin treatments for over 5 years - I know how it is. Saloon insisted keratin should be applied on dry hair. Patches developed on my hair as if bleached. Hairdresser adamant that I should “google it and see it is normal”. Hot tongs over a strand of hair - colour completely stripped. I walked out. No apology offered because everything was it should be. If I could share photos, nobody would money to look like this. Awful.
