Came in therapist was late not too much of an issue. Busy salon so I understand especially on a Saturday. Went into the room and was told to get undressed. Floor was filthy my feet ended up with bits on. Towels were worn with bleach stains. Wasn’t asked to complete medical form or consent. No after care given, no water offered. Overall friendly but not very hygienic or professional. Didn’t meet expectations for a massage. I’m sure their other treatments are much better.

Excellent but would have preferred privacy when taking my top off and getting under towel as always have done at different facials but the overall facial was very good
