I came for a Balyage hair treatment. I was very anxious as i was dying my hair for the first time. Abby was so compassionate and professional towards me , she made sure the color was according to my preference. I did not like the first color, therefore she instantly changed it to the one she and Kaplana thought would suit me better. Very happy with my experience.
