My haircut was really bad, and I cried because it was done so poorly. I'll need to wait for my hair to grow back before I can fix it. They don't know how to cut my type of hair, which is 3a and textured, without making it straight first. If you can't cut hair when it's natural, you shouldn't say you're a hairdresser. The brush she used was harsh, and it made my head hurt. She didn't seem to realise that. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes before they could begin, and the salon was not clean.
