Kalpana is brilliant at ensuring her customers have an positive experience with the treatment offered. She is very attentive, listens to what is important to the customer and delivers service at 100% ensuring efforts are put in to each of treatment, not rushed and quality of the outcome is superb. I have been looking for a hairstyle for 11 years and so far the ones I have tried have failed to deliver. Now I can say with 101% that I will not be using any one else other than kalpana for my hair
