Nesi was friendly and talked me through each step, making sure I was happy before moving onto the next step. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions but never forced her opinion (which happens to me all the time with other stylists). I ended up with the hair cut I wanted and it looks great.

Nesi gave me another brilliant curly haircut last weekend. She really listened to what I wanted and kept checking in with me that I was happy with the length etc. I'm really happy with the results!
