I'm just so upset by this whole experience. the worst part is that I've wasted £45 & my lashes aren't curled. she's left black dye on my top eyelids but none seems to be on the lashes themselves. I pre-paid via treatwel - what a mistake

First time here and had a really great experience. A lot of salons leave stray hairs which can be quite frustrating, but Poonam did a perfect job and left my brows, upper lip, and chin looking fantastic.
