Hi there,
I visited in July, I have had problems ever since:
She seemed to be very inexperienced
She did not use any washing/soap solutions or change the water
She used vasiline as a way to carry out the manicure
The tools she was using cut my skin and I was in pain and flinching during the service.
My toes (especially left) started bleeding towards the end and swelled up.
My left to now has Onycholysis, the nail bed is discolouring.
I have been in pain since and need medical attention.

Great experience using the infrared sauna pod. Very relaxing and effective. Therapist was really helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend, the salon has a nice feel and I liked the decor.

This massage was exactly what I needed Bernadeta offered me a choice of aromatherapy oils for my treatment, was warm and friendly and during the treatment knew exactly what my shoulders and back needed. Super relaxed ☺️

I had a waxing appointment here and was really impressed! The whole experience was so much better than I expected – it wasn’t that painful at all, and that’s thanks to how experienced and gentle Shesha was. She made me feel really comfortable throughout, and she was also so lovely to chat with.
