Shesha always does a great job with waxing. However, on this occasion I was disappointed with the pricing. I booked full arm waxing and assumed this included underarms, which it did not. I would have appreciated clearer confirmation at the start of the appointment of what treatment I was going to receive. I ended up paying an extra £16 for underarms unexpectedly. I’d also suggest the app clearly states what each treatment includes so this confusion can be avoided in future.
