Katrina did the impossible. I went to her comfortable salon at the Hilton as a virgin in the genital waxing department. I did the rookie error of shaving just days before, and my hairs were actually too short for waxing. I had a special date to go to and seeing my face drop made Katrina determined to try a test patch using a different wax. Voila, all the hairs actually come out! Her confidence, sweetness, dedication and charm (and expert touches) made the experience truly magical. Highly rec!

I saw Katrina today as Bernadetta is off, so this was my first time with her. A pleasure, chatty, friendly. Put me at ease quickly. Changed the paper roll when she noticed some post wax oil (from me!) on the old one. Really appreciated that touch. Would definitely book again
