Katrina was really lovely, and did a great job shaping my nails and applying the gel professionally.
Unfortunately the range of colours is quite limited. I was hoping for a neutral pink, but the pinks/reds/whites were all muted and quite dull. I ended up having to go for a sheer gel.
A couple of people came into the salon during the appt - the nail/wax room is separated by a screen so it didn’t feel v private.
Great service but the salon could do with more / brighter colours & a locked door!

This was such a great experience. I’ve always gone to the same wax lady but had to find something last minute and close to home. It’s always nerve wracking placing your bits in someone else’s hands but it was fab!! Bernadeta is soooo friendly and chatty and the wax was so painless.
Although I love my previous wax lady I will most definitely be returning to Serendipity for waxing and some of the other treatments they offer!
