The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. You truly feel like you are being treated. The therapists are very knowledgeable and had a full understanding of treatments I could and couldnt have based on a condition. The 2 treatments I did have were amazing and I'm looking forward to booking in for another microneedling as my face is so buttery soft! Would absolutely recommend and will absolutely be back!!!

Hi there,
I visited in July, I have had problems ever since:
She seemed to be very inexperienced
She did not use any washing/soap solutions or change the water
She used vasiline as a way to carry out the manicure
The tools she was using cut my skin and I was in pain and flinching during the service.
My toes (especially left) started bleeding towards the end and swelled up.
My left to now has Onycholysis, the nail bed is discolouring.
I have been in pain since and need medical attention.
