This was the second time I went for a Hollywood wax and both times Bernadette has been excellent! She really takes care, is friendly and both times I can say they were the best waxes I have had.
I felt relaxed and usually I find it rather painful but it really was the opposite.
Would recommend Bernadette to anyone who asks or not :)
