I think their could be some improvements with the facial I got today with Katrina. She was really lovely, however I would have loved to see more products and techniques (e.g. we did no extractions and barely any massage), less masks and waiting for them to set in which wasted a lot of the time, also a few things made it hard to relax like loud talking in the other room, a phone ringing and the music not working. It was also a shame that the facial finished 15 minutes earlier than expected.

Literally just left after having the most amazing experience I’ve ever had! Bernadeta is one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met and she has hands that must be made of magic!
