I’ve been seeing Bernadette since Oct and she has done wonders to my skin. She takes effort to relationship and really understands my skin. I’ve never been able to find a beautician just as good. I travel far to have the service and it’s so worth it!

I went for a Hollywood wax and was majorly disappointed, I left with 2 cuts which was extremely painful for the next couple of days
Katrina is usually good in which I understand everyone has a down day or things are out of control, however, no accountability was taken and if I was made aware that this happened with an apology I could’ve been more understanding which did not happen. It was straight to defence when I contacted them after. No apology or any remorse. Disappointed in the handling
