I've been coming to Bernadeta since 2020 and haven't looked back since. You are in great hands with her or anyone she employs. She takes such great pride in providing all clients with the best experience possible. There are plenty of places where I can get the same level of wax and IPL treatments but I keep coming back to Serendipity for the great customer service I receive. They really do take great care of you and I've always felt like a valued customer.

Nice atmosphere for beauty treatment. Bernadeta was great, reassured me that the wax she was using would not have an affect on my skin as I am allergic to fragrance based products. She was knowledgeable in what she was doing.
The back and shoulder after waxing little itchy feeling but then normal. After applying the wax cleanser felt much better, the skin felt smooth and clean much better than other places and no issues next day too.
*Signage & Path needs lighting and better directions.
