I've visited the beauty rooms before on 2020 but had a different nail technician and my experience was great but sadly it was not the same this time. Alex who helped me seemed lovely but in a bit of a rush. I was the last client of the day and the other staff had left early. I felt like I was a bit of an annoyance even though she had already asked for me to move my early morning appointment, which I was happy to do. One of the nails broke with in 3 days. Not a great experience for me sadly.

Lovely salon and friendly atmosphere. Alex is amazing at lashes and does them exactly how I want every time. Mel did my nails which were also great and lasted a long time. Definitely recommend!
