Attended as part of a two day break. The staff were very attentive. The facial was the best Ive ever had.

Very disappointed with the hotel. Would recommend it is avoided.

The wall paper was falling off the walls in the bedroom. There was also no electrical points to charge the phones! And to top it off the room was freezing cold despite the radiator being on.

Although the treatment was good, the spa facility in general was filthy with mould and mildew growing everywhere. Also seems odd they do not have a jaccouzi.

Can't comment on the food as the restutanut was too busy to accommodate us so we had to eat elsewhere, which ruined the night as I had to drive so couldn't drink.

The hote also saw fit to play host to a rather large party on the night of our stay - without warning us - where there was very loud music playing until around 2am and very loud and drunken guests disturbing us till 5 am. Very bad nights rest and not at all good for what was meant to be a romantic weekend away for Valentine's Day.

Having visited here before, we requested a particular room but unfortunately were told it was already allocated. But on check in we found that our request had been granted so we were very pleased. The 2 night package included 2 x55min treatments each and dinner each night which was wonderful value. The beauty rooms are comfortable and relaxing even though a large group arrived making it quite busy. The staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay - lovely hotel, great staff and good spa facilities. The treatments (facial and massage) were both top notch.
The changing rooms do need an update (but we didn't use them, just went to our own room) and kids have classes between 3-5pm so you might want to avoid the pool then.
Overall highly recommended.

Hotel was lovely with good facilities, great food and attentive staff. Room was decent but one thing we missed there's no fridge / mini bar in the room. Also one issue. The toilet extractor fan was broken/loose and extremely noisey, but the staff managed to disconnect it untill it could be fixed, so points for effort, not normally fussy about these things but A visit to the toilet in the middle of the night would have woken the dead.

The food here is excellent, with well executed and interesting flavour combinations, only drawback was the menu doesn't have massive choice so eating there for more than 2 nights in a row isn't recommended. Although 2 entre options were different on the 2nd night so they may vary it more but we don't know.
Pool, steam room and sauna were all good; facilities were clean and there was always ice water available in 2 urns.

The SPA..
Aromatherapy massage was disappointing, you could barely smell the scented oils and there was no choice in oil type or scent. Technique was ok but again really nothing special. Feet and head weren't included even though it's supposed to be full body.
My partners facial was reasonable to good and much better than the massage.
Robe and slippers weren't offered to either myself or my partner for either the massage or the facials while everyone else seemed to have them. So on balance the spa was a bit of a miss which is a pity.

In summary the hotel and resteraunt are well worth a visit but the spa treatments and experience are average.

Booked a Signature Pamper Day to start our hotel stay. Unfortunately the greeting at the spa wasn't very welcoming by the therapist at the desk, who did not smile at all and made us feel very awkward. Traffic had delayed our arrival although we were well in time for our treatments, however thankfully, this was not the case for the rest of the staff or the day itself. Spa treatments were excellent, very relaxing and the therapist very professional. Plenty of space on the beds around the pool which was a nice size, good steam room and sauna but changing area could definitely do with a refurbishment. Lunch choice was excellent, had this sitting on the lawn at the front of the beautiful hotel. A very relaxing day, would book again.

The location is beautiful and the spa is nice, food was included in our package and was really nice but it took far too long to come (waiting for nearly an hour even though it was was pre-ordered) and the air con was too cold in the room we were eating in.
Two members of staff were arguing I'm front of me whilst I was trying to relax and the mood of some members of staff were not very welcoming or professional. They tried to charge me an extra £10 per person when we were leaving even though I had already paid in full before arriving.

We had a fantastic stay at Billesely Manor hotel from the moment we checked in. The staff were very attentive, happy and friendly. The evening food was delicious and our room was beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing and fun spa weekend away. We wish we could have extended our stay!! Special thanks to Ellie and a couple of others who's names have slipped our memory.

I booked a Morning Booster session for myself and my sister and was left very disappointed. What the venue fails to tell you is that this session also runs alongside their 2 hour kids fun splash session. We were told to access the facilities for 9am with treatments at 11am which is the exact same time as the children's session.

There are no quiet rooms at all, with the only place to relax being the pool. Hardly relaxing with a room full of children screaming and bombing into the water. My sister and I ended up waiting in reception to get away from the noise.

The changing rooms are grotty with one tap broken and constantly running.

The treatment itself was ok but hampered by the noise of screaming children running up and down the corridor and slamming doors. My sisters treatment however only lasted 20 minutes due to the lady before her taking so long to choose a nail colour and the therapist needing to catch up!

We were not given any instructions upon arrival, however we were first told that we had not booked, and when he found he booking, told us that we had not paid (unfortunately we had prepaid paid for this dismal package). I had to ask the person on reception on three occasions for robes, instructions on where to go for treatments and what was happening with lunch.

After complaining to the person on reception,he told me to wait for his manager at 12pm. After waiting, she said she couldn't help me and her manager will need to call. I did have a missed call but I have called back twice since then and no response.

We were so frustrated after this we even decided not to bother with the lunch and just left.

I have nothing against children, however a spa session is my time to get away from my own and have some me time and I feel this should be communicated to people booking in for a package. Never again.

Nice, relaxing day out. The food was good quality for most of the party, however the vegetarian "superfood salad" consisted of only lettuce, tomato, a small amount of avocado and a few sunflower seeds with no dressing- it was more of a side salad.

Very relaxing in a quiet and friendly setting. Its a shame that there is no relaxation room for after a treatment. Lovely lunch in the hotel restaurant.
