Ejiro is personable and I enjoyed speaking to her, which helped me with the hair removal treatment pain, which is normal. She explained the process which made me feel better about it, I usually have questions about treatments and she was able to explain it in a way that left me confident about her work. My treatment was well executed and actually much more comfortable than a regular hot wax I had at a major waxing salon which put me off waxing. I love the finish and there was no sticky residue to struggle to remove, as with hot wax. I will be returning for treatment and will try the studio’s other services.
