I had gotten keratin/Brazilian blowout previously in London with not great success but this treatment with Jeannette turned out amazing. She explained the process to me very clearly and how to take care of my hair after. The frizz in my hair is gone (and London is very humid) and it looks much smoother and silkier. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Jeannette!
