I suppose for the price I got the spa manicure I am not surprised I walked away disappointed. I felt the beautician seemed overbooked and not sure which clients would be coming in and at what time. Also doesn't help in the middle of my appointments she had to attend walk ins leaving me feeling quite stressed as I was the one that was putting her out for having an appointment booked.
