Bought nail extensions as part of my 14 year old Christmas present, book on this app, was call and told that there appointment book was in sync with the app so they couldn't do that appointment, I'd already paid was offered another appointment which wasnt ready suitable but took it as already paid. Dropped my daughter off, when I picked her up she told me they had charged her again, and that when realising there mistake told her that they didn't do refunds. Would never use this salon again!!!!
