Arrived for a 9am appointment booked through Treatwell to be told their system doesn’t link with Treatwell and they don’t have an appointment (nor even offer the service booked). Why they are on Treatwell is beyond me. Book direct if you want to go.

Totally disappointed. I am a frequent customer and I like to support small businesses in my neighbourhood although I could have a shellac in the city next to my office. I have been called liar (!!!) from the employee when I said that I had my shellac 3 weeks ago with them (just another beautician) and therefore the soak off - as usual - is free of charge. I had to show her my treatwell booking of 3 weeks ago, and despite that she charged me £10 as this don’t show in their system. Extremely rude
