Went in for an acrylic nail removal and Andreia hurt me 8 times in the process - I bled twice! I’m just hoping to not get an infection. She disinfected it when she finished but her hurting me this many times shows carelessness. After you’ve hurt someone once, surely you’ll be more careful? She was on the phone 3/4 times - very unprofessional. Andreia made some small talk but the overall environment was not welcoming. Then, Andreia has the audacity to hand me her business card at the end. Avoid!

The place was warm and clean and was greeted by the friendly face of Andreia , she briefly talked me through the procedure and then got to work . It was quicker than I thought it would be and considering she was pulling hairs out not too painful , once finished she then went through a run through of what I couldn’t or could do for the next 24hours . In all a highly enjoyable experience and thoroughly recommended if needing waxing.
