I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but my experience wasn’t great. Natali wasn’t outrightly rude to me but she kept sighing here and there throughout. I tried to ignore this and not take it personally but she also cut me on 4 of my cuticles without any apology one of my fingers are now swollen. Lastly my nails look hideous as the gel is soo thick I have to have them taken off but I also have to wait for my fingers to heal as they are sore and one is potentially infected
