I loved my therapist she was great but I did find the wax very painful and have some bruising. I think it would be less painful done in smaller patches. The strip lights are a bit harsh but otherwise very comfortable

The salon was not able to accommodate my first appointment due to a error in Treatwell's booking system. I was offered an hour earlier which was even better for me! The therapist was quick and made the process almost painless. I have sensitive skin and this is one of the few waxes I've had without any bruising. I think down to the fact the therapist knew where and when to keep the skin taut.
