My wax was done quickly and efficiently but was not thorough as there were hairs left. The areas weren’t cleaned beforehand and it left me with lots of bumps. My therapist also dripped wax on my jumper and stained it. She also left the wax strips at the end of the bed so when I rolled over to get dressed I rolled into the wax, dirtying my legs. I won’t be returning because of the lack of attention to details - and because my £30 jumper is now ruined.
