Diana was extremely thorough and is always so pleasant and friendly.
The wax was completed efficiently and I was out of the appointment sooner than expected which meant I could carry on with my day. :)
Room was slightly cramped and there was a lot of noise coming from the flats above. I didn’t mind as much because I wasn’t having a relaxing treatment. But if I was having a massage or facial I would have asked to be moved.

Karla was very welcoming, friendly and thorough. Therapy room used was very clean although slightly cramped but this wasn’t an issue because I was only have an underarm wax.
