Don’t be fooled that you’ll get a normal massage - this was quite profound. I described it as pleasure and pain because the deep massage got right in where I needed it to and so with any transformation, it might be temporarily uncomfortable. Felt on cloud nine when I left and shouldered/neck pain dramatically reduced. Wonderful practitioner and lovely place. Highly recommend
