I have had a terrible experience with a waxing gone VERY VERY wrong at this salon. Diana is lovely, but sadly the wax left me with a really terrible burn, that was large and extremely painful for days. Went away on a holiday and was so embarrassed by this massive peeling blistered mess on my thigh that I avoided all swimsuit wearing altogether. The salon sadly wouldn’t even refund me for the wax which I thought was the least they would be able to do. Really, really poor customer service.
