Although I felt I could have been better informed of my wait time (as my treatment didn’t start on time) once it started it was worth the wait. My beautician was Charlie, she was lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. She maintained conversation but also allowed space for me to relax and not talk so I could enjoy my facial. She did an amazing job and my skin has never felt so smooth and rejuvenated- still 3days later.

I’ve used Beauty Plus for waxing a few times had great experiences and I’m generally happy to use whoever is available at the time I wish to book. However this time the therapist missed lots of hairs - to the point I had to go home and finish off the job with some wax strips! I am fair skinned with dark hair so it is very clear and apparent where my pubes start and end! I was too embarrassed to bring this up at the counter when I went to pay. I won’t be booking with this therapist again.
