Super relaxed, friendly and easy-going. Made the wax as pain-free as possible and checked in throughout about shape and where to remove the hair / what to leave. Would definitely recommend!

Diana was lovely and seemed to be careful and taking her time which I did appreciate so was expecting a good job, however when I got home and looked at my nails I realised how messy they were- nothing criminal but it looks like I did them myself. my cuticles are still untidy so the polish looks messy and the sides and corners have been missed on a few and I had to pick off extra gel and snags, was hoping to be a regular as I am local but I will just stick to their sunbeds which are fab
