I had an lovely comfortable time with Charlie so friendly and professional.
Unfortunately when I came home I saw that on part of my body an entire side of hair was left on and this really left me feeling deflated as I was travelling abroad the next day.
So not as good of an experience as I would have hoped for.

I had a great experience, lovely cup of tea, I think the only thing was that near the end of the treatment my person changed and did not explain why?
