Shilan was amazing. Her reviews are great because she is great. I could tell she was really paying attention to detail especially when looking back over the areas. She was generous with her time, and the appointment didn’t feel rushed. She was a great conversationalist during the appointment which was good for distraction, and the does talk you through each time. She knows how to hold the skin taut to minimise pain and gave really good advice on aftercare. I will be going to her from now on! :)
