I received only 15 minutes of my 30 minute treatment. I was rushed the entire time, I booked a half an hour massage, I was rushed in and then rushed out. The massage was terrible, the salon was understaffed and overbooked. There was only 1 staff member but 2 other customers waiting when I arrived. I paid £40 for 30 minutes but only got 15 minutes. When I requested a partial refund for the 15 minutes that I didn’t receive the woman who carried out the massage was extremely rude and confrontational and refused any partial refund. I will never visit this salon again - terrible experience.
