They are very busy there and it did seem a little disorganized when I first arrived. The wax was very quick and relatively pain free at the time which was good. The only down side was that the next day I had developed a bit of a rash from it in a few areas which lasted for about 2 days after the wax. The rash made it uncomfortable to wear underwear for those two days. Otherwise based on my initial experience I would have given it 4 stars but lowered it to 3 because of that.
