The treatments being advertised online at treatwell needs to be revised for this salon. I booked an appointment thinking I would get classic individual eyelash extensions but ended up being told I paid for the cluster eyelashes extensions. The procedure perhaps only lasted 10mins and didn't look as natural nor does it last as long. When I arrived, there was only one member of staff present, who had to multitask between doing my treatment and answering phone calls. I was very disappointed especially as this is my first time in this salon and had travelled quite a distance.
