Sarah did my Hollywood wax. Pros: thorough job, sarah was friendly and knowledgeable, quick service (15mins). Cons: did not provide towel to cover yourself. Sarah had to leave the took a couple of times I was completely uncovered. Although Sarah was thorough & experienced, she could have been a little gentler (I'm so sensitive lol).

Sarah was so thorough and friendly, it was my first wax so she talked me through everything and was chatty and friendly and made me feel comfortable

Usma was amazing as always! The end result of my hot wax was flawless and her technique is fantastic; makes you feel very comfortable, is very thorough and thankfully Kees the pain to an absolute minimum! Thanks so much :)
