The worst wax ever of my life! The wax never hurts for me usually, but this time she touched my nerves because she burnt my skin completely, she didn’t care about my skin and about pulling it between a strip and another. She was just waxing in a rush!!!! And me trying to pull my own skin and she said “this is my job no worries”... but she was not doing it actually.she had gloves but she was touching and speaking at the phone, in the mean time touching my intimate parts. The place was disgusting, I believe they don’t even swip the floor , maybe they never done it before. At this point they don’t deserve the only one star that I gave, but it’s not allow to give less unfortunately
