Great staff, Uzma is a great! Small place, not fancy but with all you need. I had a problem with my booking and they flexibly let me do the treatment i needed. Curiously it was the first time someone used a roll on wax on me in London, common from where i came from so it didn't bother me. When it came to the service, i thought i was happy but I realised when i got home a few patches of hair where left behind, i even had to use a strip to take them out. Just a little more attention to detail is needed.
