I was very happy with the customer service and the way the women interacted with me it was nice, however it would be nice if the website would be specific that the Hollywood wax is wax strips not actual wax, I had to pay extra for actual wax and go and get money out then come back. So to avoid the inconvenience they should make it clearer.
