The lady was very lovely and friendly, but it was very obviously that pedicure was no her remit. She did not not want to trim or file my toes because she felt they were not long enough. Neither did she clean the dirt underneath my toe nails and blame my dry skin for the reason she could not take the cuticle off. Overall I felt the lady was very lovely and polite, I cannot fault her but the treatment itself was rubbish. I will not be in a rush to go back there anytime soon.

I was blamed because their removal product didn't work. Because appointment took longer she rushed the shellac application, not neat.
