Lovely lady who tries her best.
The location isn’t the nicest. You have to walk through a tattoo parlour to get to the back room which has been converted into a salon.
I had waxing on multiple different areas. Overall the job was not thorough. There were hairs left everywhere.
The waxing in my bikini line was the biggest issue. I was left with burned and raw skin, and the hair had not been removed at all. The burn was not because the wax was too hot, but rather because the beauty therapist went over the same spot many times.

A really lovely lady and I'm sure the other treatments are good as the other reviews seem positive, but my experience was very poor. I got gel nail extensions, which bubbled and peeled after just a couple of hours. One of the nails came off after one day. I did really like to colour and from a distance they look fine but obviously the standard was not what you would expect. I was offered 10% off my next treatment, which was a nice gesture but obviously would not want to return after this experience.

My eyebrows are on point, I had them tinted. I also had a relaxing facial. My skin feels amazing, soft and has a nice glow. Very happy with my treatments!
