The salon was very busy, but the staff welcomed me and provided a hor drink. Although I had a little wait they were professional and kept me informed about how longI would be waiting. The person who did my treatment was not Ava as I have been before

I was disappointed by the experience as I chose this place based on great reviews. Stylists were friendly but had to wait over 30mins after my appointment time, haircut was rushed and not finished off well so I’ve left feeling uncertain with my hair.
